Welcome to Hometown Revolution, your all-in-one “Customer Catching” machine! Below are 3 sections that we need for you to finish. They are not hard, but necessary in order to make your machine run like clockwork! Your account rep will be in contact with you during the process.
This section of tasks is good to do while you are waiting for your dashboard to be set up.
1. Claim Your GMB (if you have it…you can move on!)
Your first step is to “claim” your Google My Business listing on Google. If you already have one you can follow along and see if there are any improvements to your listing to be made.
If you run a business out of your home or you don’t want your address listed, that’s ok, you still need a listing and you can tell Google not to show it but your business will still show up. Just without the address.
Super simple to do but super important. You gotta have a Facebook business page. Follow this simple video and get one set up! (If you already have one…move on!)
It is important that you get access to your domain name if you currently have one connected to an existing site. Have the login information handy so we can instruct you on how to point it to the new site we create for you.
If you are looking to purchase a domain, you can get it from a site like Godaddy.com.
We will be giving you code to give to your developer to connect your site to the dashboard. If needed, we can help but we will need access.
Do this section AFTER you have approved the website or have added the code to your site.

One huge part of building our machine is preparing for future ads on Facebook. Watch the video below and learn how to give us access. This will allow us to get your pixel and load your first ads in your account for you to manage.
2. Integrate Your GMB Into Your Dashboard
You must have a verified Google My Business account before you can integrate with your dashboard. Once you do it is a few simple steps and you’ll be done!
Once you have your business page [AND YOU ARE AN ADMIN OF IT] you can integrate it with your dashboard.
NOTE: You must be an ADMIN of your page to integrate.

The opportunities tab is where your leads will dump into. Your “leads” or what we call “opportunities” from forms, chats, and phone calls can be found here in a visual setup.
This tab is pretty self-explanatory. All your conversations with a lead or opportunity are found here.
This tab is a fun one! When your Facebook and Google My Business pages are integrated, you will be able to request and manage reviews all in one place!!! You will love it!
