Hi, I’m Mikaeli! I am a lover of creating, baking, and of all things sweet. I am a self-taught baker who has learned through many trials and errors. I love baking treats of all kinds; cakes, cheesecakes, pies, pastries, cookies, and more! I have dreamt about opening a bakery ever since I can remember. I would get in the kitchen to help at any chance I could. As a baby, I sat on the counter covered in flour, helping make cookies for my first birthday celebration. My play dates with friends consisted of making a mess of the kitchen with box cake mix and canned frosting. My sister and I would play with my Easy Bake Oven for hours. A few years in a row, I requested to have cake baking and decorating birthday parties as I was growing up. As I got older, my hobby continued to grow and transform into a passion that I couldn’t let go of.
